Katherine has been asked to step in last minute for the role of Rosina in Paisiello’s Il Barbiere di Siviglia under Maestrro Conlon’s baton! The production is part of LA Opera’s Figaro Unbound series, celebrating one of literature’s most beloved characters through multiple settings.

Giovanni Paisiello’s The Barber of Seville
James Conlon conducts singers from LA Opera’s Domingo-Colburn-Stein Young Artist Program and musicians from the USC Thornton School of Music Orchestra in a true rarity! Paisiello composed his operatic adaptation of the Beaumarchais comedy 34 years before Rossini. Tickets are free for this semi-staged concert, but reservations are required. A pre-performance talk by James Conlon will begin at 6:30pm both evenings.
